Computime were commissioned to provide a Facilities & Financial Management solution to streamline Palm City’s daily operational processes. The project was implemented in two phases; phase 1 – Infor SunSystems Financial Management and phase 2 – IBM Maximo Facilities Management. The overall solution enhanced data evaluation, fully automated drill-down reporting, improved the operational efficiency of the customer and contract management processes, and streamlined the supply chain management and procurement processes.
